Last month, we showcased Eduardo Sammartino’s (aka SWRocket via NASIOC) twin-turbocharged LS1 swapped 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX Wagon during the final stages of the build. Today, we’re excited to show you how far Eduardo’s wagon has progressed since last month.
Eduardo himself posted a video of the wagon during a dyno tune session at Biroscar Motors in Brazil, which put down a respectable 448.5 rear-wheel horsepower at just 7 pounds of boost.

On the high boost setting, Eduardo’s LS1 swapped wagon put down a remarkable 564.5 rear-wheel horsepower on 14 pounds of boost.
The power figures above are thanks to the twin Borg-BorgWarner 56mm S200 turbochargers – which play a large part in making the power throughout the entire curve, as shown above. Supporting components such as the Bosch 1,700cc injectors and Walbro 400 fuel pump, help Eduardo constitute a reliable ride.
After nine long grueling months, help and support from his family, friends, and girlfriend, and with the help from Biroscar Motors, Eduardo couldn’t be happier with the way his car came out. With the car currently dialed in on a reliable tune for boost, Eduardo plans to daily drive it, with the occasional drag race at the local track. With the new twin-turbocharged LS1 setup pumping out 564 rear-wheel horsepower, and with the WRX wagon already being light-weight, we’re thinking Eduardo’s Subaru could be a 10-second car at the track.
Keep an eye out for an update in the future on this awesome V8 swapped Subaru, as Eduardo comments he’ll be taking it to the track as soon as possible. What do you think it will run?
